After a quick study of the RDOF awards, here are some interesting findings:
About 60% of Clay is covered, exclusively by Frontier.
About 80% of Roane is covered, mostly by Citynet and some Frontier (where Roane borders Clay)
About 80% of Calhoun is covered. Frontier in the north, Citynet middle, and Space X in the south.
